José Marcelino Bersch

A graduated as business administrator at PUC-RS and with Executive MBA at Business School São Paulo, Marcelino has 13 years of experience in the Brazilian information technology market, having worked in manufacturing, service and consulting companies.

In its former experience, he worked as information technology manager in a country wide Brasilian service company, being in charge of logic and physic infrastructure implementation, systems development and implementation, negotiating schedule and priority with users throughout the whole organization.

Moreover, he became sales manager, operation manager and operations director of one of the biggest Microsoft consulting and training partners in the national market.

He obtained a wide experience in corporate relationship management, negotiating skills and service sales, having attended companies such as Unilever, Rhodia, Robert Bosch, Elevadores OTIS, Ticket Restaurante, Accor, Vale Refeição, Dresdner Bank, Microsoft, Liberty Paulista, O Boticário, Sebrae, within several others.

He managed on-site support projects, information technology infrastructure deployment projects, system development projects in companies of several sizes and economy sectors, being in charge of scheduling, recruiting, selecting and training technical staff as well as managing customers and users expectations.

At ITGROUP, Marcelino is co-founder and business director, being in charge of sales department, partner relationship, business administration, building and conducting company strategic plan.
