Ricardo Silveira Mendes

A graduated as business administrator at UF-MT and as data processor at UEM, Ricardo has a 16 years experience in service, telecommunication and information technology consulting companies.

His knowledge has been developed at the best national IT training schools, improved in the USA, specially at Microsoft Redmond and Dallas. He is certified as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer – MCSE.

His technical expertise is focused on MS SMS 2.0, MS Operations Manager, MS Windows NT 4.0, MS Windows 2000 Server, MS Windows 2000 Datacenter Server, Load Balance, MS ISA Server, networking architecture, TCP/IP and security.

He has a well-known experience in executing and managing network migration and standardization, reducing total cost of ownership in information technology using Microsoft Solutions Framework – MSF.

He was in charge of the implementation of MS SMS in companies such Banesa, O Boticário, Banco ING Bahrings, Scania, Saint Gobain and Carrefour, as well as did support SMS projects at Banco Itaú, Pão-de-Açúcar and Unilever.

He have been a lecturer in Brazilian IT events and has more than six years of experience as an instructor for Microsoft Official Curriculum courseware like Windows NT and Windows 2000, SMS and TCP/IP.

At ITGROUP, Ricardo is co-founder and Senior Consultant in charge of network concept and implementation, network management, office automation, security planning and infrastructure operations.
